Our “Tail-Wagging” Guarantee: We want to leave your tail wagging when you shop at Oh My Dog!
If for any reason, your experience doesn’t measure up to what you expected, please contact us and we’ll do
our very best to make things right.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Sales Tax: Orders shipped within the State of Illinois are subject to Illinois sales tax. No tax is charged for orders shipped outside of Illinois.
Shipping: In general, orders placed via our Website are shipped out within 24-48 hours. We use a variety of shipping methods, including UPS, DHL, FedEx or U.S. Postal mail.
Undeliverable packages which are reshipped at a customer’s request are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the actual shipping costs. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer.
If you need rush shipping, please call us to confirm availability and cost.
Returns: If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Oh My Dog’s boutique, we will promptly replace the item or provide you with a full refund, less shipping costs.
We do ask that you notify us of the problem within 48 hours of receipt and any item that is returned must be in original packaging, with tags attached and in unused condition.
For your own security, please return your item using a reputable carrier and request insurance. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
